1. About ProfileSignal
ProfileSignal (the "service") helps you prepare LinkedIn profile content and create professional headshots. By using the service you agree to these terms.
2. Your content
You retain ownership of files you upload, of any evidence you submit, and of the outputs generated for you. You grant us a limited licence to process your content solely to provide the service.
3. Acceptable use
Do not upload photographs of people who have not agreed to appear in generated headshots. Do not use the service to impersonate another person or to fabricate credentials.
4. Accuracy
The service asks you to verify claims before they enter your profile. You are responsible for the truthfulness of what you publish.
5. Payments and credits
Paid plans are billed through our payment provider. Credits granted by paid plans do not expire. Refunds are handled case by case.
6. Termination
You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend accounts that breach these terms.
7. Liability
The service is provided on an as-is basis. Our liability is limited to the amounts paid to us in the twelve months before a claim arose.
