Unused credits
Unused credits from one-off packs and top-ups may be refunded within 14 days of purchase, less any credits already consumed on completed generations.
Subscriptions
Pro subscriptions can be cancelled at any time and will not renew. The current billing period is not pro-rated unless required by local law.
Failed generations
Credits reserved for a generation that failed on our side are automatically refunded to your balance. Contact support if you believe a credit was not returned.
