Only your own likeness
You may upload reference photographs only of yourself, and you must be at least 18 years old. You must own the photographs or have permission to upload and process them. Photographs of anyone else are prohibited.
Identity preservation
ProfileSignal aims to preserve identity and natural texture. Outputs are stylised interpretations intended for professional profile use. They are not photographic evidence.
No political, medical, or misleading use
Do not use ProfileSignal to create images intended to defame, deceive, impersonate a public figure, or misrepresent employment.
Storage and deletion
Reference photos and generated headshots are stored privately in your account. Defaults: source references retained for 30 days; generated headshots for 90 days. You can delete anything sooner.
AI processing
Your selected reference photographs and settings are sent securely to OpenAI solely to produce the headshots you request. ProfileSignal stores the resulting files privately and does not send their contents to analytics.
Withdrawal
You can withdraw consent at any time by deleting your reference photos, generated outputs, or your entire account.
